Although the market leader in seniors housing, Brookdale had a challenge in brand recognition and awareness, often failing to stand out from the crowd. After an intensive consumer research phase and brand identity development, we looked to re-energize the brand’s visual and creative identity. The resulting product gave Brookdale a unique and easily identifiable brand visual identity that cut through the ‘sea of sameness’ in the senior living market. This brand campaign won a regional ADDY Award for best overall branding package.
