Project Description
Being a highly considered purchase, Brookdale needed a way to quickly grab the attention of their audience and drive action towards the brand. Starting with a brand drivers study, we uncovered key messages and attributes in the customer journey that were most likely to encourage our audience to take a lead generation action. We used this data as the base of our scripts, showcasing how our communities feel like home, have exceptional dining and offer pet friendly living. All of this was wrapped in a tone that met one of the core emotional needs of the consumer, peace of mind. The result was a lift in impressions, view completions, and inquiry form fills, which helped lead to an increase in qualified leads and community visits.
